About the event
Regenerated landscapes with healthy people, environment, economy, and social cohesion are resilient to the impacts of climate change and offer huge returns to people, nature, communities, and businesses. But what does it take for landscapes to successfully shift to a trajectory of regeneration, including regenerative food systems? How can we fairly distribute the costs and benefits of these transitions and what role do policymakers, philanthropic, and corporate funders play in enabling these transitions?
At this event, Regen10 and 1000 Landscapes for 1 Billion people, with Commonland and EcoAgriculture Partners, share lessons and insights about the enabling conditions for landscape regeneration, the expected financial costs and benefits of these transitions, and the need for a common long-term vision and commitment at landscape level.
